Usually these are plated and not worth much. Look for "sterling" or ".925" markings. It could be English silver with a corresponding hallmark, which we could tell if we saw it in person.

Good morning. I dont know much about these pieces, they were my parents'. The crown type emblem is on the bottom of the teapot. The "Reg.." is on the bottom of the water pitcher type thing. Sorry I don't have more info but thought I'd give this a try
