Hi, I found this 1982 Washington quarter under the seat of my car, and it looks like there is a double stamped image at the very bottom of Washingtin's neck. I realize that the coin is scratched and dinged up and that this will lower its value, but I can't find any info out there about a coin from this year with this error, so maybe it's one of a kind. I'll stop talking now and wait for YOU to tell ME! Thanks!
