2010 Pennsylvania Mint Roosevelt dime with smooth edge with exposed copper that hasn't been clad correctly. Overall diameter of the dime is a bit smaller than it should be and the rim of the coin (especially on the front) is noticably raised and has a bit of an edge to it.
