You have what appears to be a heavily damaged coin of no value beyond face value. I do not know of any part of the minting process to which you could attribute this appearance. Sorry!

I found this 2017 P Roosevelt Dime and think it is an error coin. Dbl stamped. Looks like it shifted during processing. You can see another torch facing the other way. There's a c in America partially broken. Anyway I'm new at this and it would be great to have my first error coin. Thank you for taking the time to look at it. And also would it be worth grading?
